A beautiful and unique community-focused accommodation with incredible views and kind people. I had the opportunity to be a part of the incomparable Dwell community for 3 weeks this June 2023. Ania and Charlie have created something very special; much more than a place to rest. Dwell's mission is to facilitate connection among long time travellers and digital nomads, and that is exactly what I experienced during my stay. Highlights included community BBQ's where everyone shares their favourite dish and connects over wonderful food... deep conversations on our hopes and dreams with fellow travellers over a glass of Vinho Verde... exploring magical nature on hikes and at hot springs with my new friends... the amazing memories were plentiful!! The coworking space is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities a remote worker might need. You also look up from your computer and are greeted with the most majestic view of the boundless Atlantic ocean!!! The rooms and bathrooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. Ania and Charlie work tirelessly to achieve the highest standards of cleanliness and attention to detail... no easy feat in the incredibly humid sea front location of Sao Miguel! If you are looking for safe, clean, comfortable accommodation and co-working, look no further. I will forever look back on my time as a part of this community with great fondness... thank you Dwell!
