Very disappointing experience. I was charged £500 for a window issue that was clearly related to the building but management chose to blame me instead of taking proper responsibility. On top of that, there was no hot water for about a week, the fire alarm kept going off at ridiculous times such as 4 or 5 in the morning, and the lift was often out of service. The building had ongoing problems, but instead of resolving them properly, management seemed more interested in shifting the blame onto tenants. I would not recommend living here.
