The worst place ever. The building has 6 managers all unprofessional. All they do is drink Alcohol whilst on shift. Also there are people with COVID19 Positive in the building which are going around in the 2nd floor Terrace hugging everyone and spreading the virus. The residents are like bunch of kids who pretend to be adults. The Collective Old Oak you need to FIX UP!!!
