The collective old oak is not a good place to stay. There are many problems including the Internet hardly working through my stay here. I had my window broken for 3 weeks and was finally fixed after so long. The whole experience has been unpleasant. I asked to talk to the property manager and I am still waiting for that call. Laundry room is very dirty. And the machines are constantly broken. I asked for a reduction to my rent and they told me that they fixed the issues without taking into account how long it took them to actually solve them. The Internet still does not work btw and people have to work from home! Unbelievable. Do not even consider it!!
