Super cool space with micro living options, the studio are only 8 sm, but the amenities, the restaurant, the sense of community is really super good. Tough to get a spot to rent as it is in very high demand. A serious alternative to today's problem with real estate market and it's crazy prices. A more central location is needed, even though the connectivity of Old Oak is pretty good.
