Review of The Collective Old Oak

Pros - Nice staff work in the building - The food in the adjoining restaurant is not bad - Wilsden Junction is a good transport hub - I rarely heard noise from other rooms - Some nice people living there Cons - The studio is exceptionally small - It's only cleaned once a fortnight - The building is dirty and smells bad. There are spots in the corridors where there are foul smells emanating for other people's rooms - People are crammed into this place like sardines - The communal areas are old and dirty -The gym is low quality with poor ventilation and low grade equipment - The Wilsden Junction area is a building site for HS2 with almost nothing to offer - The Sales team charge people who sign up for a shorter time more and vice versa, there are people on longer contracts paying substantially less. - The prices in the adjoining restaurant are quite high - There are communal laundry facilities and you normally have to queue to use them - Most people living here are new students or young 20 somethings newly arrived in London from abroad - There aren't that many community events - Some not so nice people living there - Bad Wifi - Depressing view from the room - Extremely expensive considering the low quality of the facilities
