I've lived here for almost a year now and the experience has been great. I was renting somewhere else in Zone 2/3 before and back then I was paying more than I'm paying now in rent, bills, utilities and taxes. I like the all-included monthly licence payment and the whole concept of Co-living. On-site gym is a great perk, as well as the option to entertain in the public spaces. One of my favourite hangouts in the rooftop terrace! Didn't have this much space to practice my martial arts in my previous flat. Two thumbs up, and if you're the social type, the plentiful and varied events put on by the team are great!
