I'm student in France and I spent 4 months in Collective Old Oak (jan to april 15th).Great place to live but not great when you move out! I left 2 month ago and i still waiting for my deposit back (560 livres)!!! Credit control claims that there is a problem with my bank details! So I sent 2 others bank details but no more informations..... Credit control need only iban to pay the deposit account so I don't understand what is the problem. I sent correct informations from my bank and nobody explain to me what is the real problem! Very difficult to have some response from credit control and no phone number to contact them....... I need this deposit return for my next accomodation in France Thanks for your help!!!!!!! Thomas
