I live here currently and couldn't be happier with my choice. Pros: -Amazing value for the price if you get a 12 month contract. -All bills inc -Room has adequate storage despite it's size. -Well connected - central, Overground and bakerloo. -Lots of in-house amenities (Visit website for more info) -Fast internet -Community events - great place to make connections -Very nicely designed new building. Cons: -Close to Brent which unfortunately has high crime rates. -Rooms are small (but for this price in London this is actually only slightly below average) -Not many shops nearby and the closest supermarket (Aldi) is 20 mins walking. -Recycling plant on the back side of the building which according to some has caused some noise pollution (but I can't confirm personally)
