I have been staying at The Collective since October 2021, and the experience has been exceptional due to the outstanding service provided by two of the team members Hussian and Kiri. From the moment I checked in, Hussian went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They greeted me with a warm smile and ensured that the check-in process was smooth and efficient. Their professionalism and friendliness immediately set a positive tone for my stay. Throughout my time here, Kiri has consistently demonstrated a high level of dedication and attention to detail. Whether I needed assistance with room service, directions to local attractions, or any special requests, they were always quick to respond and eager to help. Their knowledge of the area and willingness to provide personalised recommendations greatly enhanced my experience. One particular instance stands out where Kiri truly went the extra mile when they observed that I was unwell with a high temperature, cough and cold which was consistent for an entire year. Kiri searched for a local GP and encouraged me to register and seek medical help and get a health check. Kiri asked about my health after my GP appointment. Their commitment to excellent service is truly commendable. The positive attitude and genuine care shown by Kiri has significantly contributed to the overall enjoyment of my stay at The Collective. It is rare to encounter someone who is not only highly competent in their role but also so genuinely caring about the guests’ well-being. It feels like home. I highly recommend The Collective to anyone seeking a pleasant and comfortable stay. The exceptional service provided by team members like Hussian and Kiri is a testament to the quality of this establishment.
