I enjoyed living here, all the staff and the facilities in the building I would rate highly, the issue with coming here is communicating with the finance department. My contract finished 31st December, still have no deposit, or worse any information regarding when I will be seeing it. My Emails have been ignored by finance, who id like to point out were very good at replying whilst I was staying there. This isn't helped with no way to call them to find out what's happening. This is extremely frustrating and has completely ruined an otherwise very enjoyable experience.
