Horrible communication, the moment I signed the contract they stopped contacting me and did not inform me about the move-in procedure, which resulted in me coming in way to early and having to wait for multiple hours to check-in they also did not inform me correctly about the guarantor rules which meant I had to pay 3 months rent in advance for the full year. Moving out was the same drama, no information was given and the people at the front desk where not even aware I was moving out even though it stated in the system that someone else was moving into my room the next day, ended up just leaving without checking out because after a hour of waiting I had other appointments I had to get to. Security is very lax, anyone can come in and out the building. Within the first 2 months a girl got assaulted in the bathrooms and no information was given on how they would solve the security issue. Washing machines were broken more often than not, they have finally installed new washing machines about a month ago but only after people complained for multiple months. The common kitchens are always dirty and even with the windows closed you will get a lot of outside noise in your room. The people are nice but it has a very college atmosphere and not the professional atmosphere I was looking for. Overall it's a very average place that does not fulfil their promises. I will admit I can see that they are trying to make changes these past few weeks but they still have a long way to go and for the money we pay for rent it is definitely, in my opinion, not worth it, way overpriced and I am very happy to have left.
