Fraud company. I had made a booking by giving membership fee and 1 week deposit. I was told the dates can be changed and I was not given any terms and conditions or any tenancy agreement details or anything whatsoever. Now that I am asking for the refund of my deposit they are not obliging to my request, nor changing the dates. They say it was in the terms and conditions but I was never sent any and no tenancy agreement details were sent. I was only sent a payment link. None of my questions and doubts were answered regarding the say. The manegement is very rude in talking and now dont even answer my calls. People please dont fall into the trap. These people are rude and do not have any courtesy. Has anyone else had a bad experience with this?
