Firstly, please rent anywhere else in London these rooms are overpriced and tiny you can get a better option for £1.2k secondly, the company have a history of not returning holding deposits, they still owe me mine, you can call them but they won’t answer, you can’t leave them a message because their inbox is full and they won’t respond to emails, the most unprofessional company. Lastly, but most importantly if you are looking to rent in London, rent on an assured tenancy, because the collective are not a landlord you don’t have protections like a tenant would, please look on openrent or zoopla for other options.Update- They have not gotten in contact with me and the response below is just to save face. As I said they are liars.
