Certainly one of the better "Plug n play" + "all costs inclusive" accommodations I would recommend in London. The general facilities are rather decent, the room albeit a bit small is functionally well designed, maintenance is efficient but what stands out is the staff : generally very helpful (must make special mention of Urvisha who went out of her way to help in matters not related to her core role).
