We stayed in the guesthouse for 3 weeks to do co-working while travelling. David is a very thoughtful host and taking very good care of the guests. The house is cleaned multiple times per week and your room can be cleaned regularly. The patio is spacious to sit down for dinners or to catch some sun. The coworking space was sufficient, two big tables with four chairs. The kitchen was well equipped and has everything you need. The rooms were super clean. I would definitely recommend staying here!

My girlfriend and I were here for 3 weeks to improve our surf skills and for working. This place was perfect for that. The house is very spacious, there is enough room for everyone. Internet is fast and reliable. The vibe is chill, we met a lot of nice people. The backyard offers a protected area to put away the wetsuits and surfboards, but also invites you to relax. Thanks David for this great accommodation and for always being there when we needed help or a question.

My stay at the Local Guesthouse was perfect. The house is located in the heart of Sagres close to beach, bar scene, supermarket, etc. The room was very cozy, clean and the common area very inviting. The host made sure everything was going smoothly, always available when there was a question. I can highly recommend to stay there. You will get an authentic, warm hearted experience that'll make your stay in Sagres a wonderful one. Muito obrigada.

It's the 3rd time we stay at the Local Guest House. We like the balance it offers: Centric, good ambience, own kitchen,... Just perfect! Every time we come here we end up meeting great people to hangout with, have great barbeques and chill after surfing. If you're into surf, do not doubt on taking surf lessons with David, he is an awesome fela and a great surf teacher. I've made huge progresses due to his tips. Thanks David and we look forward to come back soon:)

I just have to say that from the first day I felt like at home!!✨🥰 Everything had been totally fine and clean so I cannot say anything negative. If you need something you always can ask David who is a really nice person and also a good surfbuddy. There are always some nice people around and it’s a lot of fun to stay wir the community!! My boyfriend and I stayed in this guesthouse for 2 months and it was perfect. I was working during my stay and found the wifi to be the fastest and most reliable of anywhere I've stayed so far in Portugal, and David (the host) was nice enough to put a desk in my room to work on (as well having access to the big desk in the coworking room). The house is huge so you can have your privacy, but there are always cool people coming through to hang out with if you want to socialize. The location is perfect to reach everything in Sagres by walking (including surf beaches) and David and Marilina are really great and so helpful with everything (and I highly recommend Marilina's yoga classes). We loved our stay here and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Sagres :)

Nous y sommes qu’une nuit. Le proprio nous a accueilli avec un grand sourire ! L’endroit est très propre et bien agencé. Il y a une cuisine commune et les chambres a l’étage. La localisation est parfaite (-10min a pied du centre). Je recommande !
