I booked a room in this hotel in May. Due to a family emergency, I had to cancel my travel.||||I contacted the manager to explain my family emergency and the need to cancel the flight. I asked whether I could have a partial refund and she immediately refused. I asked if I could give the room to be used by one of my friends who was in Ericeira at the time and she asked me to pay a supplement so that my friend can use the room which is illegal. I had already paid the full price for the room.||||The owner is not friendly, difficult to discuss with and takes advantage of customers. I do not recommend this place.||||My friend who stayed there echoes the same feedback. The energy of the place is not great and the place is definitely overpriced. ||||The way you treat customers before they arrive is a reflection of how you treat them once they arrive.
