Visiting RisingSoul Retreats was the biggest highlight of my trip. To experience an ever-evolving retreat space filled with life and beautiful souls. Everything is run to the highest standard, i felt well taken care of with any requirement.||||The classes are of fantastic quality, I loved waking up to the Qigong and Tai Chi classes with Petter. Followed by a lovely yoga class from either Rowena, Alaina, or a traveling teacher. The yoga barn was heaven to practice in with anything you require to feel comfortable during your practice, its there! We went for sunrise and sunset hikes, went foraging, did meditation, had a cacao ceremony, and did poetry. In addition, we had the chance to share our own passions and skills with the other people staying; sharing songs, fire dancing and painting to name a few. ||||The meals were all incredibly healthy and so tasty! I looked forward to seeing what was for each meal every day made from fresh local produce. With a great mix of traditional local dishes and some more international dishes depending on the cook for the day. |||| The accommodation was perfect, on my first stay, I was in a bunk bed which was really comfortable with plenty of space and very relaxing. On the second stay, I was in a glamping-style tent which was a fantastic experience right by the forest, feeling fully immersed in nature every night. It's a lovely space to share with other highly conscious individuals or people wanting to reconnect. Being so close to an incredible forest is wonderful and is lit with fireflies at night. ||||On top of all that we had the chance to go to local towns and villages including; the town of Tryavna and the old capital Veliko Tarnovo. Lots of fantastic recommendations for activities and places to eat. ||||Everything was so wonderful and blissful. I can't wait to revisit next year and have the opportunity to catch up with the wonderful family spirit that is held there.
