Amazing retreat. If you are looking for a cheap yoga retreat in Europe or/and a digital nomad then you will not find a better place than Rising Soul in Bulgaria. The retreat was transformational for me. The place is so tranquil that I couldn't even attend all the sessions they offered as I just felt suuuuuuper relaxed. The food was amazing. The people were super nice and I love how easily and freely we connected over our struggles. I absolutely loved the Kundalini yoga sessions by Row. It was a great intro to this type of yoga. There was plenty of other sessions as well from guided meditation, cleansing rituals, different yoga types, pilates, tai chi, tantra etc. Oh, and if you want to you can take the dogs for a walk! I doubt you will find a place that can beat the value Rising Soul provided. Absolutely worth going! I'm not a massive nature lover and I actually enjoy being in a city so the location for me was not the best but it's not that hard to get there - just get a bus from Sofia to tryavna and from there they will arrange a taxi. Do not let the location discourage you. The dorm was very cute and comfortable. I felt like I was hanging out with my new friends in a camp away from my parents 😋 Definitely recommend! Thank you.
