Update from 8/28 - received my deposit after a pretty arduous process. My bank informed me "Lazy Entrepreneurs" aka Evolve inputted incorrect information about the recipient which is why it didnt get to me. Ill just start by saying theres nothing in this review that wasn't brought up to the people who run Evolve - Matt and Ola. I cant remember the last time I wrote a negative review and truthfully they both seem like kind people - but I sort of felt like I had no choice. Its been 18 days since I've moved out and I still havent received my deposit of over 2000 euros. I signed a lease that states I'll receive my deposit if I returned the room (which also costs 2040 euros) in good condition. Matt sent me a whatsapp an hour after I moved out stating that the deposit is on its way - and I still havent received it after dozens of back and forth messages, which is unacceptable. The interesting part is there were multiple people who came to Evolve through Airbnb, who never had to sign a lease, give an interview or even pay a deposit - which goes against their whole "community" vibe. There were some other issues including cockroaches throughout the house for weeks that were called out by multiple tenants in my month long stay there. But ultimately, Ive been more than patient and not being returned back the deposit is putting me in a bad position.

Honestly such a fun experience for my first coliving. Met some of the coolest people and we still maintain contact to this day in a fun group chat. Excited to meet up with them again whenever possible.

I have stayed at Evolve a number of times and can say that I love it every time, the people are always warm and welcoming and it shows how much attention Matt and Ola put into finding the right people! The amenities are amazing, rooms very comfortable, wifi fast and community strong! The pool is also amazing and the garden has been a place for many BBQ’s and connections!

I spent four months here and it's a mixed bag. On one hand, the internet is fantastic, the gym is a great perk, and the staff (especially Rexhina) are wonderful. The hosts were also helpful in setting up my room for my podcasting work. However, there are two major drawbacks. First, the coworking space is a real letdown – it's dark, cramped, and cold, nothing like the pictures. Second, and more importantly, the "community" aspect is almost non-existent. Management is very hands-off, which leads to exclusive cliques forming. I felt isolated for about 10 of my 16 weeks here. If community is a core reason you choose a coliving, you should know that here it feels like a service that's only working 30% of the time. Overall, it's a decent place to live and work, but it did not deliver on the promise of a coliving community. I'd recommend it only if you are self-sufficient and not looking to make deep connections within the house. Also, be prepared for a potentially very uncomfortable mattress.

I stayed for a few weeks and felt right at home. Great people, amazing amenities, and just a really good vibe overall. Highly recommend 🏖

Absolutley LOVED this experience! My boyfriend and me stayed for two months and after that we regretted not booking longer because it was such a joy! Really, biggest advice: stay for a minimum of two or three months. This house really brings people together and has it all; pool, garden, gym, big kitchen, workspace with good WiFi throughout the whole house, and the porches for many many good conversations. We made friendships here that continue outside Evolve. We loved the location as well, it’s convenient to be in this more quit area but still really close to where it all happens. We had a motorbike so we could get around easily, but if you don’t have wheels you can order Bolt so so so easily and get anywhere in 10 minutes time. Really recommend Evolve to digital nomads who want to work seriously but also enjoy the life. 🤙🏻 Thanks Matt and Ola, you were great and we hope to be back sometime soon!❤️

My experience at Evolve was nothing short of amazing. I work as a digital nomad and they ticked all the boxes for me with a nice co-working environment, great opportunities to meet new people and network, and of course lots of fun outings. The hosts have clearly put a lot of thought and effort into creating a space that encourages connection and I want to congratulate them on that. The service from the moment I got in touch and arrived was brilliant and it was better than expected. Travelling around as a digital nomad can be lonely and coliving spaces are a hit or miss sometimes, so finding a quality place like this on a sunny island like Malta is such a find! I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a similar experience.

In two years of nomading, the nicest accommodation I’ve stayed in. The group was diverse as it was interesting, and so were the activities we planned together. Made some great friendships that will last. Buckle in for a wild ride!

I'm a second-time Evolve guest and they somehow managed to be even better than the first time. Evolve was my first coliving experience several years ago, and since then I've done 5 more coliving stays in other parts of europe. Evolve is far-and-away the best coliving time I've had to date. it's an awesome setup. good coworking. cozy fun community. just a great vibe. I'd highly recommend.

Really enjoyed my time here. It was my first coliving experience but definitely feel like I’m hungry for more. The owners regularly ask for feedback and take it into consideration. Met some awesome people with different perspectives which really helped me to evolve.

I stayed with Evolve for a month and had an amazing experience! The house is super spacious and clean and has a certain charm about it. I stayed in a “solid choice” room overlooking the pool and it was super cozy with a large bed, armoire and desk. The people I met were wonderful; it was an international group and we all got along great, going out for meals together, cooking dinners in the kitchen, and having movie nights in then living room. The rooftop is lovely and we had an amazing New Years watching the firework show from it! The managers are super helpful and communicative and I had zero issues while I was there. I definitely plan to be back!

I stayed at Evolve from February till end of may and I had a blast. The landlord is present and very reactive/attentive. He really cares about the tenants. The people that go there are lovely, there is a sense of community. The house has a lot of amenities , pool, gym, jacuzzi, table tennis… The only thing, in my opinion, it’s a little expensive. But it’s true you have a lot for your money. And the furniture, in some cases, is a little old. But at the same time it adds to the personality of the house. Overalls the experience is great and I recommend Evolve!

I recently spent seven months here, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The community atmosphere was outstanding, making it easy to form lasting friendships and connections. The house itself was always impeccably clean and well-organized, thanks to the attentive and dedicated staff. Living here felt like being part of a family, with plenty of events and activities that brought everyone together. Cooliving truly exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and well-managed co-living space.

It was my first co-living experience and I stayed for 2 months in February and March. It was a great experience overall and I would definitely go back and recommend it. Great community, WiFi, nice rooms and communal areas, clean (communal areas are cleaned every day!) and good amenities. The vibe can change from month to month depending on the people as well as you and your needs, as my February was very quiet and March was much more social. During the winter months it can be cold in the house (not in the room, there's a good heater/AC) and in this big building it's not possible for everything to run smoothly all the time, but Matt was easily accessible and did everything he could to make it work. The house is in a good neighbourhood and everything you need is close and within walking distance. I would definitely recommend it and miss it already! Malta is also a very convenient place for Digital Nomads. ☺️

I originally booked to stay at Evolve for a month and ended up staying 13 months! This was my first coliving experience and exceeded my expectations. It was exactly what I needed for moving to a new country without knowing anyone, and I would recommend this place to anyone else doing the same. The community is truly amazing. Everyone is so warm, friendly, and welcoming - within a week, it felt like I was part of a family. Some people stayed more long term like me, while others stayed just a month or two, which was a good mix. Many also returned because they enjoyed it so much the first time round. The vibe changes when people come and go but there was never a bad group. I've made lasting friendships and I really can't emphasize enough how incredible this experience has been because of the people. The location is great, mid way between Sliema and St Julians. You can walk 20ish minutes downhill to either if it's not the height of summer (note: uphill on the way back!). San Gwann is quiet and there are plenty of shops/cafes around, including supermarkets and grocery stores. There are several bus stops nearby. Bolt/Uber is good value and can even be cheaper than buses if you're in a big group. Cleaners clean the common areas 6 days a week, which is definitely necessary in a house of this size and with so many people. Personally, one thing I really appreciated was that I became a cat mom during my stay and Matt and Ola supported that. To give a well-rounded review, I also need to be honest about the negatives - nowhere is perfect. Things break a lot: dishwashers, laundry facilities, Internet, vaccuum cleaners, pool filter, jacuzzi, coffee machine, fireplace, air conditioners, electricity outages, rain through the windows... sometimes it felt like as soon as one thing is fixed, it sets something else off. This isn't Matt and Ola's fault - some of this is just how things in Malta are built and getting good labour to properly fix the issues is harder than you think, however it was frustrating over time. For internet, it's best to come with your own backup or get a good data package, just in case. Noise: the way the house is built means that noise really travels. The doors can slam and get really noisy, especially when it's windy. Also, beds so squeaky. So. Squeaky. Mosquitos: they love me; they also love the house. Winter is fine, but from May-November they are around. If you're prone to bites, make sure you keep your room windows and doors closed, especially early morning and evening/night, and pick up spray, burners, candles, plug-ins etc. Mosquito nets would be a great upgrade. Having experienced a full year, I can say that it's a very different experience in the winter vs summer but both were great and had their benefits. Summer was all about bbqs, pool dips, dancing on the roof, late night drinks etc. Winter was quieter with cozy movie nights, more shared meals, game nights, activities like lazer tag and escape rooms, and hiking on the weekends. Overall, I loved my stay at Evolve. I'll cherish the memories and friendships made, keep in touch, and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat.

VERY cool community, made instant friends and made overall experience of Malta more enjoyable! Slept like a baby too the whole time I was there which was a nice wee bonus.

This was my first time at a co living and I'm sure those who would be nervous or unsure to try the experience should definitely give evolve a try. I had one of the largest rooms in the house with its own terrace, kitchenette, and bathroom. It's great that the house has options for those that want a bit more of their own space while taking advantage of the other benefits of co living, as well as cheaper options without. The house itself is as pictured, massive and beautiful with great chill out spots throughout. I pretty much lived at the beautiful pool. The common areas were kept well cleaned and maintained, and best of all if there was anything that needed fixing or maintaining Matt and Ola immediately took care of it upon request. In my month there I saw them continually improving the house and taking real pride in creating a space for residents, from building a pool pergola to buying new comfortable chairs for the Coworking space to just painting things! Not to mention on top of everything else, the feeling of community and getting to know people that the place offers. I made great friends both in White House and the 2nd house they own in Sliema, as there are weekly dinners to bring the two households together. While there are no events planned it's usually easy to find others at the house to do something or plan your own event (I planned a catamaran rental trip for the houses that was awesome). For those that want a new experience, that want to connect with other fascinating individuals from around the world, and that aren't afraid to learn new things about themselves, what a cool and unique experience this is that I would wholeheartedly recommend! Thanks again to Matt and Ola for their dedication to this project and for also just being cool people :)

If you're reading this and considering going to Malta and spending time at Evolve, do it. In my six months at Evolve I didn't meet a single person who didn't come out of the experience feeling like it wasn't some of the nicest memories and best connections they've ever made. You'll meet a community of welcoming people who are always up to something fun. You'll go on adventures. You'll come out of it with a network of like-minded friends for life. Matt and Ola are one of a kind when it comes to running this kind of business. They both work extremely hard to make sure guests are happy, and they're generally just great people. Evolve was my first coliving experience. Going in I didn't really know what to expect. Travelling solo, my goal was to meet loads of like-minded people and I more than achieved that. It took the fear out of solo travel. I spent 2 months in Malta (August and September), booking both months in advance because I was forewarned that extending is difficult once you arrive. A number of people learned this while I lived there. So if you think you might like to do more than a month, book it from the start. The vibe of this place changes with the people. Some weeks are chilled, hanging out by the pool, on the roof or in the living room and others are hyper-busy with people going out to bars, dinners out etc. It flipped from one to the other multiple times but you’re never obligated to do anything. If you want to keep to yourself, you can do that. But people are always open, friendly and supportive. Some colivings arrange events and, except for the summer catamaran trips, that isn’t how Evolve works. The focus is on group-led activities. While I lived there interests varied with some people into yoga, salsa, bachata, tango, boxing, diving… It’s up to the residents of the house to make plans essentially which worked great because it opens you up to things you maybe weren’t planning to do. Like doing a test dive or learning salsa on the roof. Experiencing Outsite straight after Evolve, with their two-night minimum, I’m so grateful that Evolve has a one-month minimum that limits entry to the house to twice per month. It was far easier to build lasting connections and really get to know people with these restrictions and it’ll be a rule I look for in all future colivings. But even though my experience overall was positive, there are negatives that I’m told Matt is working on fixing, but there are also some that just can’t be changed. Month one, I stayed in a Decent room and thought I’d made the biggest mistake booking two months, but it all got better when I moved to the next level up and escaped the echoey foyer. Don’t book a Decent room - the cheaper price is enticing but it’s not worth it. The walls are thin, they’re located right on the foyer which is made of marble and limestone. Every noise is amplified: the keypad on the front door, people working in the cowork downstairs, people coming in at 3, 4, 5 after a night out, the person in the next room making calls at 1AM. The walls are thin because these rooms didn’t originally exist, they’re just partition walls. Organisation isn’t great. I arrived after hours so didn’t expect anyone to be there to meet me, but my keycode wasn’t ready and I didn’t even know what room I was in. Thankfully Matt was easy to reach despite being on holiday and it got sorted quickly, but one of the girls who also arrived that day was stuck waiting for hours. In the end, the people already living there took a guess at which room was hers (they were right). My expectations of the property were set before I arrived thanks to Ola warning me that as beautiful as it looks in pictures, it’s “Maltese” finished. It's gorgeous but things do break, finishings aren’t seamless etc. The pool had green days, I arrived to the doorframe hanging off in my room that the cleaners somehow missed when they reset the room, storms took the roof off the gym and tripped the electricity, and some people ran into issues with their air con units acting up while I was there. The internet had days where it would just cut out despite them having two routers. 90% of the time it worked fine, but it did have bad days. Despite all the negatives, I would go back. The community I’ve gained from just 2 months in Malta is incredible and far outweighs the downsides. If you have the time, I would 100% stay longer than a month. It gave me a chance to feel like I was living in Malta and not just bouncing between the tourist spots.

It's the perfect place for solo travelers like me to meet like-minded individuals from all over the world. The amenities were outstanding. High-speed Wi-Fi, a comfortable workspace, and a quiet environment allowed me to stay productive during my stay. Plus, the laundry facilities and 24/7 security added to the convenience and peace of mind. I also want to commend the team for their dedication to sustainability. They are committed to eco-friendly practices, and it's clear that they take environmental responsibility seriously. It's refreshing to see a coliving space that cares about the planet. After staying at EVOLVE for a year I can really say that the community itself is a highlight, you are guaranteed to meet a great bunch of people who will be friends for life. Malta and the house itself I recommend more as a summer destination, but if you look for a long stay over the winter expect a more chill movie/ board games vibe.

Evolve, is one of the best colivings I ever meet, is good located, the house is really good, there are some aspects to work with but the stuff are always working in improve the experience, I was living there for 7 months, too much for a digital nomad, but the coliving experience was really nice, I have the opportunity to meet many different people with amazing vibe. I recommend the evolve.

I lived in Evolve for 10 months and I think it was a great place to stay and I would totally recommend it. It is located in kind of a residential area but still near to some city centers, it's also on the top of a valley so views from the house are great. You can walk 20 mins to reach the coast where you can swim and do snorkel or take a 5 mins bolt/uber. It has 15 rooms so you can imagine it's a huge house, with lots of shared areas and a big swimming pool which makes getting to know the people easy and natural so the community feeling is very strong here. The people from there are still really good friends. We spent lots of nights just by the pool and doing some barbacue, in the living room playing cards or in the balcony talking about random topics (balcony definitily best place from the house for summer nights). I would recommend also staying there longer than just a month, even though it's a small island there are a lot of activities specially during summer and this way you can also enjoy the house. I can summarize my experience at Evolve simply by saying that it was a year in which I stopped worrying about Sundays and Mondays since there was always a nice plan to do, outside or inside the house, and all of this, while working full time remotely

I've had the pleasure of living here for over 4 months and it's been a very memorable and great period of my life. Owners Ola and Matt have done an amazing job in converting the one-of-a-kind villa into a co-living are they are doing absolutely all they can to improve and maintain the (already great) villa. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, coffee, tea and everything you would need. On top of that the cleaners are providing tremendous value by cleaning the kitchen and all common areas 6 days per week. The gym right next to my room has also been awesome. I've really been able to improve my overall health and well being by staying here. I wouldn't know where else I would rather live in Malta, this is your place. All the best luck to Ola and Matt for all current and future business endeavours. This one has been a great success, and very inspiring too.

I absolutely love this community, the people, same thinking type of people, good vibes, good tribe. There are always some activities to socialize together, either free or with a fee. Location is just perfect to me, in the quiet district of San Gwann, 25 min walk from St Julians or Paceville (if you are the type to party hard), the Villa is huge and gorgeous (any influencer or photographer here?), and the place is always clean. I met great and lovely people there. So grateful for that 🫶🏻

Everything was is good condition and working order, there were a couple of issues that come with a huge property of this nature, but as soon as it was raised the manager acted promptly to resolve them. The community whatsapp group where everyone arranged activities was especially cool, and very active. Great stay. Highly recommend!

Evolve is an amazing community that I would recommend to anyone looking to meet new people and explore Malta. I've stayed there twice now and have met so many wonderful people from all over the world. The house is great, the rooms are big, and the whole place is kept well stocked and clean. Matt and Ola are great hosts and very welcoming. If you're considering staying there you definitely should!

Let me start with the positive aspects of our experience, the wonderful dynamics with our fellow housemates. The sense of community and the good vibes we shared truly made our stay enjoyable. We engaged in many activities. Unfortunately, the facilities did not live up to potential. Despite their promise, they were not maintained as one would expect considering the cost of accommodation. For instance, we experienced sink leaks, sewage clogged, electrical overloads, internet outages, and even instances of strangers inside shared areas. These issues significantly impacted our comfort and security during our stay. We stayed in decent room during all period, these rooms are building up stair the hall and they have poorly insulated materials. We spent 3 months listening to the door closing and opening, without privacy because we could hear our nearest neighbor clearly, and we could hear people working in the coworking area as if they were inside our room because there were a horrible echo. Perhaps the most disheartening aspect was the management's lackluster response to our concerns. Instead of promptly addressing our problems, it seemed that he were more interested in living like other coliver. Their apparent selfless for our safety and well-being left us feeling frustrated.

Amazing people and atmosphere. The garden BBQ, hangs by the pool and festival days were my favourite. Everyone is very warm, friendly and welcoming and I couldn't be happier to recommend this to anyone looking for a thriving community to be part of and a great experience in Malta.

Loved the community aspect of Evolve. The vibe is really warm and welcoming and you really feel like you are part of a family. They don't organise events themselves but they provide us with everything to arrange things ourselves and this really worked for me. The experience has been top notch and I would definitely recommend!

Having met many members from this community in my capacity as boxing coach, they are all truly a pleasure to train. The management are excellent, welcoming and always have great events planned. The house itself is magnificent and truly feels like a home away from home - thanks to the atmosphere created.

Stayed for a month in Feb and had a great time but this was mainly due to the other residents. Management/organisation were somewhat lacking, location not great, the property was often cold and it felt more like a hostel than the fancy house I’d seen online. My room looked great in the photo but, in reality, was uninviting and felt overpriced – it was spacious but pretty dark for lots of the day, with old/shabby furniture and a view of bags of rubbish piled up on the steps outside. The kitchen was well equipped (appliances, spices etc), communal areas were cleaned every day and there were books, games, table-tennis table, pool table and a few bits of gym equipment available (all good). The table-tennis table could only be put together in the quiet co-working space though, and the pool table outside had little shelter or lighting (fine in summer, but not so great for evenings or in colder months). The inflatable jacuzzi was unfortunately out of action (broken, unheated, insufficient water) for a lot of my stay but great when I was able to use it. As it was Feb, it was too cold to use the pool really, but I got the impression it had been neglected because of this - water was dirty when I arrived, and the BBQ and utensils that ended up in the pool after a bad storm were removed by me or left there for several days. It was cleaned eventually though. The manager had been in touch to check my flight arrived OK (great) and I told them I was in a cab and would be there shortly but, when I arrived, the house seemed deserted and I was left to wait outside until someone read my text (there’s no doorbell and the WhatsApp number I’d been given doesn’t accept phone calls). This seemed not to be uncommon – on my last day, I let in a new arrival and showed them around some communal areas as there was no manager at the property to do so. The location isn’t great (there’s not much to do in San Gwann, so expect to travel to another town for stuff to do when you’re not working) and more, or more-accurate, info on transport/practicalities would have been appreciated. As an example: I was told in advance there was no point hiring a car as it was cheaper to take taxis, but this wasn’t the case. Taxis are only really cheaper if you’re making a short journey (eg 25min walk) or several people want to go to the same place at the same time. Some of these are minor issues but, with less misleading information and better management, the stay could have been much better. Issues in the house (eg broken appliances, blocked drains) were sorted fairly promptly but, during the storm, rainwater ran down the wall under my window, forming puddles on the desk and the floor. This was the case with several rooms and we were all given towels to put down. I know the storm was unprecedented but nothing was offered by way of apology for the inconvenience (although the owner did thank us for our understanding and patience). The property and facilities seem to be more geared for summer use and management/organisation needs to be improved but the other residents were fantastic - they created a great community and are what really made my stay enjoyable.

I spent a month in Evolve and it was amazing ! I quickly felt at home and I met incredible people. It was my first Coliving experience and it changed my way of seeing traveling as remote worker. I definitely want to come back there another time :)

An awesome and welcoming community and the house is professionally cleaned every single day. If I came back to Malta I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

The community is amazing. I met a lot of wonderful people at the White house. The 1 month minimum rule is a very good idea because you have the time to really know your house mates and get a real bond. The house is gorgeous but the maintenance could be improved. I am sure that Matt and Ola will handle it better in the future.

I recommend Evolve 10/10. The house is stunning, but the community and experiences put together by the Evolve team there are what make it special. I spent 8 months with Evolve being my home base in Europe and it was truly amazing. Matt and Ola have done superb job creating a community of like minded hard working fun loving individuals who made it an experience like no other. I met some of the most amazing people and life long friends during my time there. The house has all the amenities. A swimming pool, pool, gym, ping pong, jacuzzi, co-work, etc., you are never bored. And you will meet a fantastic group of people to enjoy so much more of what Malta has to offer. Whether it is talking business, having skillshares, scuba diving, catamaran parties, or just kicking back having a bbq poolside at the house you will meet the best people to do everything with. I already have travels planned with some of the friends I made there in South East Asia before I will head back to Malta in April. Looking forward to being back, thanks again Matt and Ola for creating such an awesome place.

Good location, nice building

I have been doing the airbnb thing for a while and decided to try coliving to bring the social side out of me. I stayed for a month in the Malta Evolve mansion and had an AMAZING time. the house is exactly as advertised. gorgeous exterior and spacious insides. the pool and patio area are really nice and where many hang out and have BBQs. big kitchen. big common living areas. great spot. the room was also just as advertised. nice space, a desk for work, and everything you need to live comfortably while experiencing a new area. whenever there was an issue with appliances or repairs for the house it was always promptly addressed. most importantly: the people were awesome. coliving seems to attract people with similar approaches towards life, experiences, and communicating. I really enjoyed the company of the roommates and made some amazing connections that I hope will sustain. everyone was friendly and all the group events were always a great time. I'll absolutely be doing coliving again and would 10/10 recommend this as a great way to experience what it's all about. I would happily do so with Evolve again.

I should have stayed 3 months in The White House. I finally stayed 7 months there (my maximum time in the same place in years). If you are looking to meet kind and very interesting new people that will become close friends, working hard and playing hard while staying in a beautiful house located in an island full of activities (diving, padel, poker, surf, rock climbing, sailing etc...) you must be in The White House. Matt, Ola thanks again for creating this place.

Nice experience, very recommended for digital nomads, remote workers and whoever interested in meeting cool people and passing a pleasant time in a nice island like Malta.. There are a few things to improve to make this place a 5 stars, for instance we had some issues with the water in the toilets and with internet a couple of days. For the rest, the place was Okay

I lived at the White House for 3 months during which time I made lasting friendships with people from all corners of the globe ! They encourage a sense of community and so we had many adventures , exploring new places on the island together and having great nights at the house , sharing our cultures and leaning from each other through food , pool parties and just hanging out on the terrace . It’s a great balance of having your own space to work , sleep, reflect and mucking in with everyone else . It’s really well run and I would recommend this to everyone who wants to live in another country but not be alone . I’ll be back !!!! 😀

During the darkest times of Covid I decided to resume my Digital Nomad lifestyle after a three year grind back in my own country. Moved into the White House in April and had no real plan on how long I would stick around. Ended up staying for five months, and have already been back once since. I was staying at a room with two private balconies, allowing me privacy when needed. The pool area with the barbecue is the perfect social spot, and because there are 13 rooms in the house there are always people up for a chat and having fun after work hours. Cant recommend Evolve enough!

I lived in the White House for 5 really amazing months. It was really the highlight of my time living in Malta. I lived there from November until March. But since I been hanging in the White House earlier last year I been there all of the different seasons. And they have all been equally amazing. Ola and Matt has managed to create something really amazing. They let like minded people come together and share amazing memories. What you don’t know you get to learn from all different kind of cultures and people and what you do know you get to share with others. I meet so many amazing beautiful great minded people and It’s hard to think it would have been possibly without the White House. I’m telling you if you ever go to Malta this is the place to stay. You might never have stayed in a coliving and not sure what to expect. But I’m telling you this house has everything. You want privacy this house is so big it’s hard not find any. You want to be surrounded by people this house is always filled with amazing fun people. You will always find someone to go explore the island with or learn something new from. I highly recommend you to take this trip to malta and stay in evolve coliving and meet Ola and Matt they are such inspiring people to be around. Take the trip you will have so fun and amazing memories you never thought you would have.

Great people in a beautiful house. Definitely reccomend for those looking to meet other remote worker friends in Malta. Also has a lovely gym and rooftop jacuzzi! The white house is a must stay for any digital nomad in Malta.

I stayed for about 1.5 months and enjoyed my stay a lot in this lovely mansion. Matt, Ola and Joanna take care of everything you need. Joanna organizes diners for the whole house every week which is a great opportunity to get to know your fellow colivers better when you just moved in. The outside gym is very nice for working out and enjoying the weather at the same time. The jacuzzi on the roof is great for colder evenings with a clear sky. During my stay we organised ourselves in groups to explore the island and have done a lot of activities. Overall I had a great experience in the white house and met great people.

Had an amazing experience at Evolve. Initially planned to stay for two months but decided to stay for much longer. The house itself is amazing. I loved the lazy Sundays chilling by the pool. The hot tub was also a great way to chill out after a long Monday of work. The gym was a god send during Covid when all other commercial gyms were forced to shut down, we were able to continue with our fitness regimes. While the amenities of the place were fantastic, I would say my favorite thing about Evolve was the people. Matt and Ola quickly became like family and there was no problem too big or small that they wouldn’t help with. As for the other tenants in the house, I have made life long friends from across the world. It was a truly amazing experience and I’ll look back on my time there as one of the happiest periods of my life. Can’t recommend it enough.

I stayed at Evolve for a month and a half and had a really amazing time! The co-living is well managed, the house is huge and beautiful, and I met so many incredible people during my time there. Best place possible to meet great people in Malta

Truly amazing place. The villa is enormous, with plenty of facilities (large pool, Rooftop, jacuzzi, gym, decent Coworking areas), but the best thing about Evolve is the community. I initially planned to stay for one month here, but because of all the great people that I've met and shared so many experiences with, I extended my stay for 2 extra months. The people here are very warm, friendly and make you feel like home. Definitely recommend this place!

Me and my boyfriend stayed a night at this place, but we decided to leave as we did have higher expectations and the place isn't worth the money. There is much work needed to be done - little things like broken fence, no washing liquid in the kitchenette, not enough working space (which is important for remote workers) made us feel this place isn't for us so decided to pay for that night and leave. Matt and Ola were very confrontational and do not take feedback very well.

Be under no illusion, this is nothing more than a hostel. As mentioned in other reviews, Matt and Ola are fairly young and inexperienced, which is clearly demonstrated in their overall attitude towards tenants and the day-to-day running of the community. Nevertheless, I do wish these guys all the very best of luck, which they undoubtedly need should they wish to compete with any one of the many coliving communities I have stayed in across the globe.

This Villa is so lovely, because of the many terraces, you always have a nice place in the sun or shade. If you step inside you immediately have a 'home' feeling. The Villa is well maintained. Here is even more beautiful than you expect. Best thing is that it is in the heart of San Gwann, very close to all Amenities.. Love it 👍

This is one of the best ideas I have seen in a while. What has been created in these houses is something special. This project is beautiful because what they try to implement is less then just a shared house, it is more like a family. A family of people with the same values sharing an incredible space, especially in Malta. It is a privilege for me to be a part of it. The houses are amazing and everything is super well taken care of. Matt, Ola and everyone involved are really trying to make it a perfect place for living. If you feel lonely, you won't in this house, and if you want privacy, you have your room with all the amenities you need. For me it's a win win.

Matt and Ola ye have developed an amazing idea. Besides being a beautiful house it exudes friendliness as well as comfort. It can be very difficult moving to a new place and making friends but this is just the right balance of spending time with new people and having time to yourself. So easy to work here too. It cuts out the hassle of getting a new place to live and Matt and Ola are very accommodating with how long your stay needs to be.

Stunning house decorated tastefully with attention to detail. Hosts, Ola and Matt are warm and welcoming and know how to create a positive and creative environment that is the perfect place to get your work done, and then relax and enjoy your free time with the others in the house. I really enjoyed the group dinners, a perfect way to get to know everyone on a deeper level. The swimming pool and weights room were an added bonus, and how many people get to say they've basically lived in a castle?! This place is huge, and really a special place to be.
